I don't like certain details of my custom silhouette purchase. Can you fix them?
No, due to the high demand of silhouette orders, I cannot make changes to an existing silhouette. However, a new silhouette can be purchased for $5. My specific style is also portrayed throughout each silhouette and cannot be changed.
I ordered a left facing silhouette but can only get a right facing reference photo. Can I still receive a left facing order?
Yes, the silhouette portrait can face left or right, even if the reference photo is facing the opposite direction.
Do I need an existing Dropbox account to access the files? Can you send it via email or something else?
No, you don't need an existing account and I cannot send the files through anything other than Dropbox
Do I have to pay to discuss a custom order idea?
Yes, all ideas for custom orders need to be paid for whether we decide to collaborate or not.
Can I use the same coupon code more than once?
No, as a common courtesy please do not use the same coupon code more than once. This includes separate transactions made within the same day.
If I made separate transactions, can you ship them together?
If your transactions were made within the same timeframe, I can ship them together if I receive your message in time.
Can you refund me any shipping overages?
Yes, I can refund shipping overages although it is rare. My shipping fees are accurate.
